Section 11
Disqualification of Chairman and Members
None of the following persons shall be eligible to be appointed as Chairman or Member:- (a) Office bearer of a political party, (b) Persons engaged in securities business, (c) Persons who are in distress for non-payment of debts, (d) Persons who have been enslaved. , (e) A person who has been convicted by the court on a criminal charge of moral turpitude.
